5. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. ModEva Fashion is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error, please contact us at support@modevafashion.com immediately.

6. Missing or Damaged Packages

If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you have not received it, or if your items arrive damaged, please contact our support team within 48 hours of the delivery date so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
